That is why we have prepared tools for dietitians based on the Meatpoint Diet (MPD) formula, drawing on the latest scientific knowledge and the experience of dietitians and conscious animal keepers. We are convinced that the health of dogs and cats often requires professional care from a dietitian equipped with convenient 21st-century tools. We invite you to work together on improving the welfare of domestic animals and promoting fresh diets.

Below you will find the terms and conditions regarding functionalities directed at Dietitians. For general rules, please refer to the meatpoint.io Terms and Conditions, which these terms supplement and expand upon — in the event of conflicting provisions, these terms shall prevail with respect to dietary tools.

§ 1. Definitions

For the purposes of the Dietitian Terms and Conditions, all definitions from the meatpoint.io Terms and Conditions shall apply, along with the following meanings of the terms below:

  1. Dietitian's Public Data — information about the Dietitian presented publicly within the Website;
  2. Dietitian Name — the professional name under which the Dietitian conducts their professional activity, containing their first and last name, and may also include their professional titles and the company they work for;
  3. Terms and Conditions — the Terms and Conditions of the meatpoint.io website, available at https://meatpoint.io/en/terms-and-conditions;
  4. Dietitian Terms and Conditions — the Dietitian Terms and Conditions of the meatpoint.io website, available at https://meatpoint.io/en/dietitian-terms-and-conditions;
  5. Dietitian Subscription — a Subscription providing access to meatpoint.io dietary tools, available exclusively to Dietitians verified by the Seller.

§ 2. Preliminary Provisions

  1. These Dietitian Terms and Conditions for meatpoint.io constitute a supplement to and expansion of the meatpoint.io Terms and Conditions and apply to the use of dietary tools by Dietitians.
  2. Access to meatpoint.io dietary tools requires verified Dietitian status and an active Dietitian Subscription.

§ 3. Dietitian Verification

  1. The Dietitian Subscription is available only to verified Dietitians.
  2. Verification is carried out by the Seller's team based on a completed online questionnaire for dietitians.
  3. The purpose of Dietitian status verification is to ensure access only to active dietitians possessing appropriate knowledge, which is assessed by the Seller based on answers to submitted questions in the field of companion animal nutrition.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to reject verification without stating a reason.
  5. In justified cases, verification of a User Account as a Dietitian may be revoked. In such case, the Buyer shall receive a refund of the purchased Dietitian Subscription cost proportional to the unused period.

§ 4. License

  1. The Dietitian Subscription for access to meatpoint.io dietary tools is granted to a single natural person (the Dietitian) who is or is associated with the Buyer of the Dietitian Subscription (Product).
  2. The Dietitian Subscription is non-transferable.
  3. The Dietitian Subscription authorizes commercial use of meatpoint.io dietary tools exclusively within the scope of consultations provided to Keepers by the Dietitian.
  4. Prohibited use includes publishing recipes, both commercially and free of charge, e.g., on social media, forums, blogs, or in e-books.
  5. Permission is not granted to publish recipes created using meatpoint.io dietary tools without additional consent from the Seller.
  6. Permission is not granted to prepare formulations intended for pet food production for entities other than Keepers as part of the Dietitian's professional activity (e.g., through the sale of recipes or products based on recipes obtained using meatpoint.io tools) without additional consent from the Seller.
  7. Permission is not granted to conduct paid training sessions using meatpoint.io tools from which the organizer derives financial or reputational benefits, without additional consent from the Seller.
  1. A Supervisor Link may be established when one party sends an invitation to the other through the Website by providing their e-mail address — the Link is established upon acceptance of the invitation.
  2. By establishing a Supervisor Link, the Dietitian consents to sharing with the Supervisor data regarding their animals, supplement sets, recipes, and consultation history conducted within the Website.
  3. By establishing a Supervisor Link, the Dietitian shares the data of Keepers linked to them through a Dietitian Link. This is possible based on the Keeper's consent arising from § 7 of the Terms and Conditions).
  4. By establishing a Supervisor Link, the Supervisor consents to sharing their e-mail address with the Dietitian.
  5. Both the Dietitian and the Supervisor may terminate the Supervisor Link at any time through their User Account settings.
  6. A Dietitian who has established a Supervisor Link with a Supervisor who has an activated public profile may leave a review about that Supervisor. Such a review constitutes User Content and is subject to the rules described in § 27 of the Terms and Conditions. The review may contain information about the duration of the Supervisor Link.

§ 6. Dietitian's Public Data on the Website

  1. The Dietitian Name constitutes the Dietitian's Public Data.
  2. The Dietitian Name may be automatically used in e-mail messages and recipes sent to Keepers, as well as a watermark on generated printouts (e.g., PDF).
  3. The Dietitian cannot independently change the Dietitian Name provided in the verification questionnaire. To update the Dietitian Name, please contact us by e-mail at support@meatpoint.io.
  4. The duration of the Dietitian Subscription constitutes the Dietitian's Public Data.
  5. The Supervisor Link constitutes the Dietitian's Public Data.
  6. The Dietitian may create their professional public profile within the Website. Creating a Dietitian profile is equivalent to consenting to the publication of the data contained therein.
  7. The profile is publicly accessible if it has been activated by the Dietitian and they hold an active Dietitian Subscription.

§ 7. Final Provisions

  1. The Website constitutes a technical tool supporting the Dietitian's work, and the Seller shall not be held liable for the correctness of prepared diets.
  2. The Seller shall not be held liable for the results of dietary consultations conducted by the Dietitian, in which the Dietitian uses the Website and meatpoint.io dietary tools.
  3. Recipes shared with a Keeper cannot be deleted. Termination or loss of the Dietitian Subscription does not result in the deletion of recipes previously shared with Keepers; they remain available to Keepers.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to introduce and withdraw offers and promotions, and to change the prices of Dietitian Subscriptions, without prejudice to rights acquired by the Dietitian, including in particular the terms of contracts concluded before the change.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Dietitian Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in connection with changes to the Website's functionality or legal requirements. Dietitians who have a registered User Account shall be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions by sending a message to the e-mail address associated with the User Account. In the event of non-acceptance of the new terms and conditions, the Dietitian may delete their User Account free of charge.
  6. Only the Polish language version of these Dietitian Terms and Conditions is legally binding; any translations are for informational purposes only.
  7. Any disputes related to contracts concluded through meatpoint.io shall be resolved by the Polish common court having jurisdiction over the place of the Seller's permanent business activity. This provision shall not apply to Consumers and PNPK, for whom court jurisdiction is determined according to general rules.
  8. These terms and conditions shall be effective as of April 22, 2026.
